Signals must be safer. Why else would there be so many of them.
Its all I know, so it must be right.
Its like saying that the roundabouts work in Encinitas. That's ridiculous. Why all this change. Please stop. You are all freaking me out.

Great segment on Roundabouts. In this case, it moved more traffic with less fatalities. Sounds good to me.
