  1. Gotta love NCTD only the best for our seniors and the rest of the public transportation riders.

  2. What is hanging off the post?

Are those poop bags because they know you are going to be waiting a looong time for the next bus?

  3. They are puke bags because once you get on the bus and sit next to the bum riding the bus, you will want to puke.

  4. No its not a poop bag, silly. If they made human poop bags available at these stops, then the dogs would want their own too and that would be cost prohibitive. The old stop however was recently upgraded. Not only is there a safe place to sit now in a contour seat secured to the pole, there's an easy to find overhead waste receptacle as well. It's a new waterproof design made overseas that puts all regular trash in with any recyclables to one convenient place. The shop our town first gang got their two bits in at the last monthly board meeting and swayed them to spend another 10 dollars at our own 99 cent only store for attachable, retractable umbrellas to keep patrons high and dry. Well, more dry than high. Maybe we could get some of that medical dirt from Scripps to fill in the splash holes next year? Hey, splash hole could be an instant classic derogatory term begun in Leucadia! Thanks RR!

Just keeping Leucadia "funky", right? With such standards, maybe all the graffiti could just have a frame painted around it call it art.

  9. Yes, we're home to both the $4.95 bus stop chair and the $20 million ocean view library.

Clearly, they put the $$ where it matters.
