  13. Charley Marvin says this is Leucadia's one shot for infrastructure improvements and he is right. If this streetscape opportunity slips away our town is going straight into blighty town over the next decade.

  39. I enjoyed his Grandpa Simpson story about picking flowers on the 101 as a young marine. I like Jim Bond. His concerns are valid.
