The sand migrates seasonally. We have a short period in winter when north swells push the sand south, then summer south swells arrive and push it all north again.

ReplyDeleteThe sand also gets pushed off the beach during heavy surf, but the sand is pushed back when we have surf conditions like we've had recently.
