  2. Not really my style either.

P.S. I hope a picture of my house never gets posted here. We are a tough crowd.

  3. Eclectic is Leucadia's style. If everything in town fit everyone's taste, expectations, or was consistent that would be boring.

I wouldn't have commissioned that piece but its stinking cool that they would. You don't see stuff like that in Irvine.

Bart, there really are only a couple blog trolls.

  4. I like the art and the architecture. That last one was so weak they removed the post. Ha!

  5. Being creative with limited available resources is also a characteristic of Leucadia. Being unique is another. That is reflected in our built (and grown) environment.

  6. I love the alien beacon, kinda looks like the great pyramid that won on the Biggest Loser. I do really like it. Wouldn't it be cool if we all popped some sculpture in our front yard with lights.

  7. The guy who owns it made it. His name is John and some people may have seen his art installations around La Jolla. He's an older gentleman who, unfortunately, is wheel chair bound. He is extremely friendly and one of the coolest cats in town.
