I&#39;m grateful that it seems we will be able to have the Surfing Madonna, moved to its new site, providing the State approves. However, I feel it&#39;s highly unusual, against policy and best practices for the Mayor to suddenly be able to pull up Item #8 on the Agenda, skipping over oral communications, the Consent Calendar, and other agenda items (if any). <br /><br />I know the Mayor has broad powers of discretion, but it almost seems as though Jerome Stocks did not want the attending media to be present for oral communications?
